Required for September 2008,
or as soon as possible, a Non Teaching Head of Year to assume
responsibility for the guidance and pastoral care of a main school
year group.
The
successful candidate will have energy and imagination, be keen to
learn and want to become fully involved in the life of the school.
S/he will be responsible for leading the work of the Student Support
Leader and a team of tutors. We are looking for someone who has had
experience of working with young people, leading a team together
with an understanding of leadership and management issues.
Experience in dealing with young people is essential. You will be
committed to raising standards and committed to your own
professional development.
The
