The music department consists of two fully working and usable practice rooms, large Instrument storeroom, fully working and up to date Recording Studio, 6th form computer suite, Music technology Suite and two classrooms. We also have a wide range of Keyboard, Percussion and Guitar Instruments.

We offer Instrument lessons on the following = Guitar, Bass, All Brass Instruments, Clarinet, Saxophone, Keyboard, Drums, Flute, Violin, Viola, Cello, Asian Music. All of theses are free of charge to the students.

As a department we regularly appear in Shows and concerts throughout the School year, which are always a huge success.

Extra curricular activities include:

• our hugely successful Samba Band
• Choir
• Keyboard Club
• and the ever so popular Music Theory Lessons.
